Morpho zephryities is one of the most reflective species of the morpho butterfly family. The wing has a smooth electic blue reflective quality, the underside of the wing is an array of tans, browns, and eyespots. The wings are known for being extremely thin and delicate. An ENTIRE wing has carefully been set in this glass bottle then sealed.
It will come with a petite species ID Tag attached to the bottle that can be removed if you desire.

The Piece will come with species information Card and in Athenianaire's Stunning Packaging with Gift tag.

Perfect little gift for the fairy or butterfly lover in your life, set it on a shelf, office desk, or on a study desk for some luck, wonderment, inspiration, and beauty. The Fairy Folk come out to honor fallen Butterflies by capturing their magic and creating fairy dust from their wings. They are items of beauty and rarely seen in the human relm.
These Tiny Bottles were gifted by the fairies as a thank you for the Young Butterfly larvae we over winter and release in the spring.

Art for Conservation, I use real butterflywings and butterflies to create these pieces. Please read below on how and why I obtain the preserved butterflies and how I try to help conservation.
The Butterflies used to create these pieces are bred on farms all over the globe including in the countries of southeast Asia, the south pacific, south and Central America. The rearing of these specimens for education, art, inspiration, and export help fund organizations dedicated to protecting the unique environments of the world. The specimens are exported in a preserved manner to generate some of the financial resources required to maintain conserved land.
Not all of the butterflies bred on these farms are sold as specimens many are released into the wild to mate and maintain healthy species populations
