Beautiful heavy wool vintage Hudson's Bay 4 Point trapper's blanket. These blankets were traded between explorers and American Indians as far back as 1779 for things like beaver pelts, buffalo robes, and moccasins. The four points were a functional part of the design, indicating the exact size and weight of the blanket without need to unfold. It is a warm and very functional piece that would glamp your camp, brighten up your cabin, or make a great addition to any room of your house.

This iconic green, yellow, red, and indigo striped pattern is highly popular and I am offering this steal of a version because the tag was removed. It is in good vintage condition with one small hole less than 1," pictured, and just a bit of pilling towards the middle. No odors.
