So. I've never been a big jewelry girl. I've had a few pair of earrings from artists I've done shows with that I'd wear for months at a time. That is until Etsy. Now I buy earrings. With my new treasured collection comes the storage dilemma. They're way too pretty to just put in a basket. TaDA!!! Earring Bowls! I didn't think of this. There are many out there and kudos to whoever came up with the idea! This is a lovely way to organize and display your goodies.

This bowl has room for 16 pairs of earrings (one per hole) or 33 (odd number of holes in this bowl!) pair doubled up - there's plenty of room in each hole for two wires.

Wheel thrown, carved, and embellished with one of my hand sculpted birds. I've added a puddle of recycled glass in the bottom in case the bird wants to take a dip! It is finished in a beautiful green celadon.

One of the jewelers listed below just suggested these would be great to take to art shows to display her work...hmmmm...good idea!

6 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches tall without the flower and 4 1/2 inches with it.

Earrings from http://www.etsy.com/shop/gallerydarrow not included :-)
