They’re absolute perfect, and I can’t wait to give these gifts for Mother’s Day. Not to mention the one for my mom had four, long, Italian names, and the shop owner got them to fit very nicely on the cup.

This shop knows how to give customer service. I got my first cup, which had some letters lifted, I contacted the shop asking for a solution for this small imperfection since I was afraid that it wouldn’t last longer the names attach to it. The shop sent right away a second cup without any problem and the details were taken care of without any lifting. Plus I received it in less that 3 days. I understand that hand made items can come with defects but that the shop took its time for this small fix, I very much appreciated and the second cup looks as good and cute in the pictures. I wish I took a picture before wrapping it for present. But believe me the design is very well taken care of and is a super nice detail as a mom for present

love the cup and the colors. colors look like they change in different lights. which is cool.i had forgotten to put the namei wanted on it.and they got back to me asap to make sure my cup was exactly how I wanted it. and was very nice. great customer service. very pleased..😊

This cup is beautiful. I love that I could include 4 children's names. The person I sent it to, loved it. I did add a gift note at checkout that wasn't included with the order, but it was no big deal.
