A wonderful large classroom pull down map of the world from the 1930's showing rainfall, temperatures and population density. You could make this into 2 large wall maps (!), if you're handy.

The map was published by Denoyer-Geppert Co. of Chicago, and it shows 2 different views of the world - World Relations Annual Rainfall & Range of Temperatures and World Relations Density of Population.

It is made of paper attached to a canvas backing and has a wooden bar across the bottom with a ring pull. The top of the map is stapled to a roller shade bar. The roller spring has been sprung, since this map was once in a wall mounted holder. A cord can easily be attached to each end of the roller for hanging.

The colors are still very vivid except for a section of light browning across the bottom. The side edges are ragged and the dark green bottom of the canvas shows wear and is torn from the wooden bar approximately 9-1/2" on the lower left (not missing, just curled) and 2" on the lower right. Overall very good vintage condition.

Overall - 47" wide by 78" tall

PLEASE NOTE: This item cannot ship to Australia due to the length of the package.
