Addy is modeling a dress made from a 100% cotton floral fabric from the Civil War Dressing Gowns collection by Judie Rothermel, one of my favorite fabric designers, in shades of soft ecru and sea green. The dress bodice has rows of tiny pintucks in sea green thread topped with a tiny bow just under the stand-up collar. The bodice is fully lined and features slightly dropped shoulders and puff sleeves with self-fabric cuffs. The fully gathered skirt has two rows of growth tucks above the hemline. The dress fastens in the back with thin, clear nylon snaps underneath mother-of-pearl buttons.
The apron pinafore is made from 100% cotton homespun in sea green with a vine motif. The apron bib and straps are lined and feature shoulder ruffles. The bib has five tiny buttons down the center front. The gathered skirt is attached to a lined waistband and closes at the back with a thin, clear snap over a button.
This dress and apron pinafore would also look lovely on Cecile or Marie-Grace, or any other custom 1800's girl.
This outfit was sewn by me in my smoke-free/pet-free home. Seams have been serged for a professional finish. Edges that might fray have been sealed with a preventative.
This listing is for the dress and apron pinafore only. Addy, and any of her other accessories, are not included.
