I created my sweet Miss Spring Joy in 2012 spring time with her sister Miss a Little Bird.

She is an exquisite sister to other dolls. I generally create all of my dolls in spring times and they reflect pastoral beauties.

Miss Spring Joy has beautiful blue eyes. She reflects the excitement and joy of the spring coming. She is wearing hand woven fine fabric cotton embroidery top and skirt. For the first time, I designed embroidery dress for my doll. The design of her dress is original and shows delightful pastoral spring scenes. She loves to carry the spring essence on her necklace with flowers, butterflies little bird and lady bug. Her head band is made of vintage silk with vintage crocheted laces..I designed pink glass handmade evil eye earrings for her.

She has ivory white tulle shawl on her embroidery dress- also for the cold days she has knitted sweater, victorian underwear - bloomers - and crocheted shoes. While i am creating the doll dresses i usually imagine and design their dreses in my mind. However this can be change in time as i feel they are my imaginary friends and they love to have lot of dresses...

She loves pastoral life, early spring mornings, watches the sunrise and birds visits like her sisters.

Miss Spring Joy is an ode to Spring. She is not just a doll she will accompany you while you are dreaming of pastoral life...

Isn't it magical to watch through enchanting time, hear the sounds of the spring and be aware of the spring beauties? Listen carefully...

The height of the Miss Spring Joy: 22,5 inches.

After working on long years and dealing with art and crafts artwork. I started to create my papier mache girls. I call them as my little women. They reveal my passion of art and experiences over the years. I think them as distillate sweet elixir of my artworks. They are a mixture of various art techniques; the artwork includes papier mache, sculpture, drawing, painting, jewellry sewing and my daydream imaginations. They are my imaginary living friends & little woman..They live in daily routines and sometimes i feel as if their facial expressions change.

I use my own papier mache technique to create them. I use sculpture techniques for the body and faces. I created all of my dolls with love and passion. They are completed after working long period such as 4 or 5 months. For this reason, it takes time for me to create new dolls.
