Please double check all proofs for spelling errors and overall style.

If an item arrives damaged please make sure to contact us within 5 days of item's arrival so we can start the claims process. We have no way of knowing what happens to the package once it leaves our shop except for USPS and FedEx so we ask that you please provide us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Do not discard packaging. Regardless of the issue, we will always work out a solution that works for you!

All PopMounts will be shipped within their expected shipping date. If there are any issues or problems with your order or product, we will contact you and let you know. For expedited shipping, please contact us prior to ordering so we can be sure we are able to get it to you in time.

U.S SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping to the Continental US and most orders ship by FedEx ground. Orders may take longer than expected if you live on the West Coast.

Please contact us to request special shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international orders are shipped via USPS by First Class Mail International. Typically, international shipments take 1-3 weeks, but First Class Mail International does not offer a guaranteed ship time, so please be patient and allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. Sometimes packages get delayed in customs.
