LAST CHANCE-- I will not be listing more of these beads until I obtain more from Rwanda in the spring.

This listing is for 100 magnificent hand-made paper beads in a variety of colors and sizes.*

These are made by women in Rwanda; they will use the income to purchase necessities for their families-- all of the money will be sent directly to the women in the specific co-op who made these beads. I went to Rwanda in December 2011 when I obtained these beads to sell on their behalf and met these amazing women in person!

Each strip of paper is measured, cut, rolled, the end glued, strung, dipped and varnish, and dried--it's quite a process.

Please note that while these beads are durable they should not be submerged in water and be treated like any special hand-made bead.

*Picture 3 and 4 are samples of necklaces made with these beads--necklace in picture 3 I wear as 3 strands and used 70 beads*
