Custom and personalized orders

1 - It is your responsibility to check your messages to view the digital proof and review it for approval before printing for all printed dust covers, labels, cards, and tags. Provide all text, font, graphics, logos, and other info immediately before or after purchasing to ensure a quick response. TIME TABLE: I try to get all proofs prepared within 24-48 hours of purchase. 2 - Proofs will not be provided prior to purchase, unless otherwise agreed. 3 - Repeat customers can state "REORDER" in the personalization section if the order is the same. IMPORTANT: Not all cake toppers and party decor will have a digital proof. Unless we are changing up the design considerably, a proof will not be provided unless specifically requested.

1 - DUST COVERS: please read all the information in the listing to determine the best size for your custom dust covers. I am not responsible for the measurements, as I do not have the vessel in front of me. Measure the INSIDE diameter of your vessel and, if using multiple wicks, measure from wick center to wick center to ensure a proper fit. 2 - LABELS: make sure to choose a size that will fit on your vessel or product, leaving approximately 1/4 inch around the sides for easy placement. 3 - PARTY DECOR: if you want a topper or banner to be larger OR smaller than what is stated in the listing, please contact me ahead of purchase in case custom pricing is required.

Application instructions are provided with the purchase of all vinyl decals. It will come in the envelope or package along with your requested purchase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Packaging for shipment of your order is determined according to the type and size of the item that was purchased. I use a variety of boxes, envelopes, and mailers to ensure safe delivery. I cannot be held responsible for damages caused by USPS or UPS, depending on the method you have chosen. Once it leaves my office, it is in their hands. Insurance is available for every purchase, so if your item arrives damaged - or doesn't arrive at all - please contact USPS or UPS to receive compensation. I will answer any questions you might have and direct you to the tracking information, but I cannot do anything on this end once a package leaves my hands.

I can also add elements, remove elements, and rearrange the items to suit your needs. Contact me ahead of purchase to make sure I can accommodate your requests. Most changes are done without an up-charge, but some may require additional sizing and shipping demands, so please message me to get a quote.

Measures 3 x 3 when placed on the candle. With tabs, each cover measures 3 x 3.81 inches. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MEASURE THE INSIDE OF THE VESSEL TO DETERMINE THE PROPER SIZE FOR YOUR DUST COVERS.

NOTE: Kraft brown paper is made from 100% recycled paper and has natural texture elements throughout. As a result, one lot package may vary slightly in color from the next, providing lighter or darker shades. To find out if these 3-inch dust covers will work with your vessel, you need to measure from the INSIDE of the container where the wax will go. The 3-inch covers are designed to fit industry standard candle vessels, including Libbey 9oz straight-sided tumblers, the 8oz traditional tins with lids, Hearts & Crafts 8oz tins with lids, and the 10oz Nordic ceramic tumblers.

Check your wooden wick! Wicks can vary in size. The wood wick space for this product measures 3/4-inch x 1/8-inch and fits up to a standard LARGE wooden wick. If you need a different size than what is stated here, please contact me directly to discuss your requirements before placing your order.
