This bowl was hand constructed using stoneware clay. It was decorated with oxides and underglaze pencil. I used copper black also know as Toshiko black glazes to cover the inner surface. The outside was left unglazed and was decorated with pencil sketches of an old industrial city. It was fired to 1245F in a gas kiln. It measures 7" in diameter and about 3" high. All the material used to make this piece are food, dishwasher and microwave safe. I have more pictures - don't hesitate to contact me if you need more info/pics.
