One of a kind spectacular Mulberry vase. This wood is typically yellow, but a mold attacked the wood while it dried, staining it and bringing many different colors-red, brown, and orange all blend together with the yellow. Live edge means the bark and natural edge are left intact along the rim of the vase.

This vase features some lovely grain. In photo 3 you can see some of the little eyes- they look like comets streaking across the body of the vase. The figure is wonderful as seen in photo 2. The wood was gathered from a dead tree felled on a friends property.

This piece is finished by a nice soak in mineral oil. It can hold anything from pencils to dry flowers- but do not use as a vessel for water.

Overall height 8" and 3-1/2" in diameter at widest. Bowl is 5" to lowest edge. Be the one to grab this one of a kind vase!
