A lovely trio of spring-infused Tulips created using the French beaded technique. Brightly colored and inspired by actual flowers in the neighbors garden.

The flowers are each made using matte opaque beads in white, dark yellow, and light red. Each flower has a different colored floss wrapped stem with coordinating foliage. The emsemble is set in a glass planter which is painted inside using various acrylic paints and textures. There is a "sandy" bottom portion that the Tulips are growing in and some painted on "grass" above it. there is aslo some faux grass inside to help cover the white plaster since I felt to would not be easy to paint it without ruining the already potted flowers and get paint all over them.

Height: 11 1/2"
Width across front: 5 1/2"
Depth: front to back: 5:
Base: 4 1/2: tall oval glass planter

This is my very first time at making Tulips. They are big and bold. Fragile and heavy. this items weighs 2 LB 2 OZ unboxed. The leaves may also be positioned in an upward direction.
