What is the difference between Rush My Order and Priority Shipping?
Rush my order is $15 extra added to your order when you check out for me to bump your order ahead of all my other orders. This insures your ears will go out ASAP.

Priority Shipping is just paying for rush shipping. This means you will still have to wait the processing time and once your order is ready then it will go out with 1-3 day shipping.

If you receive something damaged you must message us within 2 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, explaining what happened and pictures of the damaged product.

We will look it over and send you out a new item for free ASAP.

If it is after those 2 DAYS, we will believe that damage was caused by the customer and will not issue any new products.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are a small shop and cannot fix every mistake by our customers, we would be out of business.

These Ears are PERFECT!! They are SO well-made, and they sparkle even more than I expected! I love that the Ears are so nicely stuffed, but still VERY comfortable to wear. And to have such a rare character trio is so much fun -- I just love these, thank you SO much! (I hope to update this review with a photo from EPCOT soon, thanks again!!)
