Custom and personalized orders

Color customization is available and you can choose from our 4 options - light oak, chestnut, walnut and grey barrel. Please note that because we use water based stain, each product is unique. The oil gives a yellowish hue to the finished product. Some of our products are personalized. Please insert the details in the message as you check out. For custom orders, we recommend to contact us prior to placing the order.

Different heights are available for some products when ordering, so please make sure to measure your pet to choose the right one. Please also check the bowl capacity prior to placing your order. We do our best to offer all details in product pictures and description and do not assume responsibility for inaccurate ordering.

The finishing we use offers a great protection for water, still we recommend to wipe off any excess if wet. Clean the wooden part with wood specific products using only non abrasive cloths or sponges. If the color becomes dull due to washing, you can apply any wood oil or wax you find in your local diy store and follow the instructions on the can.

All orders are made after you complete the purchase and we employ 3-5 working days to make and ship them. All orders are shipped from Romania and will have a tracking number (the tracking starting with RD is not visible after leaving Romania for US or Canada customers). Sometimes updated status is not provided by Etsy, but you can check it on sites online. If you have not received your item within 10 working days for EU or 20 working days for international deliveries from shipping date, please contact us. Please note that there may be delays with the postal service in your area. This is outside of our control, but if you are concerned please contact us or your local mail delivery provider.

We offer refunds on all damaged merchandise, although we do everything possible to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely, and would never send a less than perfect item. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in and send us the pictures (only this way we can offer a refund❕❕❕).

Returns and Exchange Details

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange or return an item which you bought (and is not custom or personalized), you may do so for 30 days after receiving your order only if the item is unused or in undamaged condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the package is returned because it was not picked up, an additional 20% fee applies.

HOW TO USE IT
Food/water/cat grass need(s) to be placed in the stainless-steel bowls. The bowls are dishwasher safe and for the wooden parts we recommend to be wiped with a slightly damp cloth.

HOW WE MADE IT
Handcrafted tilted feeder made out of birch plywood. The finishes used (stain and oil) are Eco-friendly, water-based products.
