I use Stained glass paint and Stained glass outliner. I don’t oven bake these paints as I think they get more intense effect if allowed to let them dry naturally. Care instructions: The artworks from SnazzyColorCathers are great to hang outside however weather can affect the quality of the paint. The paintings are at its best when placed or hung indoors-make sure light can pass through it. If your item gets dirty, do not scrub or soak in water, please wipe it down gently with a damp cloth. Do NOT use dishwashers to clean the artwork. The framed items are hangable but always advisable to also provide a base support to take care of the weight.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Glass is heavy and fragile. The item will be very carefully wrapped in a large amount of protective card, bubble wrap, air cushions, etc. If any damage occurs during shipping, please contact me I will do my best to help. I track each order until it reaches you to ensure every order is delivered at the destination. If any unusual delay occurs I will try my best to follow-up with the courier service to ensure delivery. If there is any pickup scheduled I will make an attempt to contact the buyer via email/phone to remind about the pickup before the closure date to ensure customer receives the value for their money.

Each item has sizing details in its description. If you have further questions, feel free to send me a message. As each item is handmade from painting to framing there may be a slight variation of 2 to 3 millimeters than the size mentioned on the item.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders and personalized orders are accepted. Personalized messages can be added to the items with no extra charge. Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Why do I request recipients Contact number?

I will be very grateful if you leave the recipient's phone number. It will only be used for the delivery service. The delivery service requires it. We WILL NOT USE it for any promotions or WILL NOT BE SHARED with anyone. If there is any pickup scheduled I will make an attempt to contact the buyer to remind about the pickup before the closure date to ensure customer receives the value for their money.

Is shipping to address PO Boxes available?

NO. Unfortunately we will not be able to deliver shipments to addresses with only PO Box. Please share the physical/detailed address while making a purchase. I will send an email requesting the physical address if anyone has shared only PO Box#. The customers could respond with the detailed address until the processing date ends else the order will be cancelled along with a full refund.

Do you ship to Germany?

No. Unfortunately we will not be able to deliver shipments to Germany and the order will be cancelled.
