This milk glass lidded grease jar with the tulip pattern was produced in the 1940s or 1950s. It is shown in the Anchor Hocking Fire King 2nd Edition by Gene Florence, on page 173, 2nd row.
The grease jar with lid measures 6" tall and is 5 1/2" across the top. Without the lid the jar measures almost 4 1/2".
The bottom is marked Fire King Oven Ware.
The jar is ivory-colored and has no imperfections. The tulips show no wear or fading. A great vintage find in great condition. It is very clean with a nice finish to glass on the inside and out and it is free of cracks, fading, stains, flea bites or repairs.
