Don’t worry about printing and folding tons of cards that will only be thrown away at the end of the night; have a beautiful poster created for you instead. After the wedding, you can even display the chart in your home so you can always remember those who celebrated your special day with you.

Processing time begins from the moment your guest list template is received (or the next business day if received after hours or on weekends). You will receive your first proof within 2-3 business days and the final file within 5 business days. If you’re in a hurry, you can choose one of the rush processing options at checkout. This will bump you up on my production list and you will receive the final file within the time period you select (3 business days for Speedy or 2 business days for Rush).

Q: Approximately how many guests can fit on each size chart?
A: Typically seating charts feature couples and families combined into a single line. If you would rather list each guest on a separate line, you are welcome to do that as well. The following number of lines can fit on each chart:
16” x 20”: <100
18” x 24”: 100-150
24” x 36”: 150-200

Q: How can we approximate the number of lines we will need?
A: If you are listing each guest separately, all you will need to know is the number of guests who have RSVP’d yes. If you are combining couples and families on one line, you can take the number of invitations you sent and subtract the number of declines to arrive at the number of lines you will need. (This does not need to be exact – more or less lines can fit by adjusting font and column sizes.)

Q: Where do you recommend printing seating charts?
A: Stores such as FedEx/Kinkos, Staples, Office Max, etc. are great for printing seating charts. You can usually place your order and upload the file online, then pick up the printed chart in the store later that day or the next day. Shipping options are offered as well. If you have a local print shop that can print large-scale posters, these businesses are a great option too.

Q: Do we need to include titles such as Mr. and Mrs.?
A: Definitely not – feel free to list your guests however you feel comfortable. Just make sure you list them EXACTLY as you would like them to appear in the first column of the Reply by Design Studio seating chart template before you submit it.

Q: What happens if we have last minute changes?
A: Simply send them over and the proof can be revised. Allow 1 business day for processing.

Q: How do we display the chart at the wedding?
A: You can either frame the chart or have it matted to foam board, then you can either hang it or place it on an easel at the reception.

Q: What type of paper should we print on?
A: Most customers choose to print on matte paper. If you’d prefer a shinier look (like a movie poster), glossy is the option for you.

Q: Can we use colors that aren’t on your chart?
A: Yes, definitely! If you don’t see the color you’re looking for on the Reply by Design Studio color chart, you can send Pantone colors, RGB #s, or color swatches that can be matched at no fee.

Q: What happens if we have more than 200 lines?
A: More guests can fit by adjusting font and column sizes or by changing to another size (specify your printing size by choosing “Custom” when ordering).

Because of the nature of digital work, refunds cannot be issued after you have received your first proof.
