These are sooooo cool! Original case has manufacturer label showing 1916 patent. Frames are tortoise shell color, amber lenses and leather side shields. These were probably intended as safety goggles to be worn when riding the new-fangled motor bikes in the early 1900s. Very cool piece of history.

To be clear, these are NOT meant to be worn! They are fragile, as you can see in the photographs.
