This is a beautiful pendant that resonates a deep black colour. The round stone is 0.7"" (14mm) around. The stunning silver dragon wraps right around the stone accentuating the intense black colour in the stone. The sterling silver serpentine chain that is included comes in 30" (75cm) 24" (60cm), or 16" (40cm) length. Please indicate which length you would like.
Historically, onyx is associated primarily with the root chakra. It was believed to assist with challenges in life, especially those caused by a drain of energy. It was also believed to prevent the draining away of personal energy and was used for protection from such. It also was said to help with grounding and controlling or eliminating excess or unwanted energies. It was used for wound healing, childbirth and to increase stamina and self-control.
