Barrel Sauna Woodworking Plans

This is a digital PDF download of plans to help design build a beautiful barrel sauna. The plans are intentionally made simple.

Barrel saunas are often viewed as high-luxury items only for the rich, but these plans will assist in making one for your own private home.

This project is very difficult and will take a significant amount of time. Please watch my videos if you are hesitant on the work required. Planing and jointing the wood is not required if you spend more to buy them smooth at the lumber yard.

Required: square wood, miter saw, drill, router and jigsaw.

Included: Materials required, tools required, notes and drawings for each barrel sauna piece.

These plans are designed for a 6ft diameter sauna that goes 5ft deep. The depth can be easily changed to fit your needs, simply increase the stave lengths!
