Description

***PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY***:
Due to the overwhelming popularity of these stamps, your order will likely take from 4-6 weeks for me to complete. If you need them in a hurry, please convo me to inquire as to whether or not this is possible. If i have recently finished a batch of stamps, i will, of course send your order out right away. If, however, i am nearing the end of my supply, there will be a wait. There is just no way for me to turn these around quickly any longer.

***This listing is for 15 bisqued pottery stamps.

These stamps were handmade by me here in my Atlanta studio. They are made from a white stoneware clay that has been bisque fired so the clay is still porous. The stamps vary in size from about 1/4" - 3/4" in diameter-- some of them up to about 1" ; Some are larger and some are smaller.

These handmade stamps are a terrific way to add a little bit of texture to your clay creations. If you are a potter or ceramic artist like me, use your stamps to add a little interest to a mug or pitcher handle, impress slabs of clay for a hand built bowl or platter, to add visual interest to the handles of a pot, or to decorate sculptural pieces made from air dry clay. If you work with polymer, you can use these stamps to add unique texture to any of your polymer projects... and if you work with precious metal clay you can use them to add that little extra something to your beautiful jewelry pieces. These stamps would be terrific to give to your little budding artist to use on his or her play doh creations and they could even be used to impress fondant and gum paste or chocolate clay! the possibilities and applications are endless!

***PLEASE NOTE*** these stamps are not the exact stamps that you will receive. i am continually making new stamps and adding new designs to my inventory. Some of the stamps you will receive will look like these. Some of them are larger and some are a different form, but they all have/ make great textures! When i choose a selection of stamps to send in a "batch", i try to pick a good variety- so no two sets are the same. This guarantees that no one will receive the exact same stamps as anyone else, and that if you return to purchase more from me in the future, you will be getting something different and new!

Shipping policies

I spend time and a great deal of care to ensure that my pieces are packaged carefully and responsibly. I re-use and recycle packaging materials when I can. I will only use packing materials that i believe to be sturdy enough and in good enough condition to product your purchases. It is my goal to be a responsible consumer and business person and I feel strongly about reducing my footprint when it comes to these materials. If this is a problem for any reason, please let me know.

In all of the years that I have been shipping my work around the world, i have had only one broken item. I learned from that instance and have not had any other breakage since that time!

I will ship your order to the address listed in your Etsy account, if you need your order shipped to another address let me know in the "Message to Seller" section during check-out. If you are purchasing a gift, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address during check out. If you would like a note included, enter that in the Notes to Seller along with any other special instructions or requests.

For domestic orders (USA):

I use USPS Priority Mail for all of my pottery, and USPS First Class Mail for prints, padded envelopes containing small pieces, stamps and jewelry. Please allow 2-14 days for the arrival of your purchase. If you have a specific deadline or require faster service, please let me know.

For international orders:

International packages are shipped using International First Class Mail for items under 4 pounds or Priority International for heavier shipments. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the delivery of your international package. Once in awhile, international packages take longer than 4 weeks. This is rare, but it does happen from time to time.

You are responsible for all duty, customs, or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the USPS (United States Postal Service) postal charges that you already paid. These may be due when you pick up your package. For my part, I will be honest and forthright on customs forms. I have no control over customs fees and whether or not they may be due upon receipt of your parcel.

Charges for international mail can be difficult to estimate. If there is a large shipping overage, I will refund the difference.

I do not include any sort of receipt or invoice in my packages as it is easy to print a copy for yourself from your Etsy page. If for some reason you need me to do this for you, I can happily do so- but this is another instance where i am trying to cut down on waste/ unnecessary use of materials.
