Each order includes a PROCESSING TIME and a SHIPPING TIME...
Processing Time for personalized items is approx. 4-6 business days.. from receipt of order (leadtime does not include weekends or holidays.. we are closed) but sometimes the leadtime can be shorter!
Please add all personalization for items in the "notes box" of the order when you check out... along with any color selections that might apply.
If you would like me to design something for you outside the realm of what is in my store...please contact me through the shop and I will get back to you whether I am able to do it for you....Sometime I am unable to take custom requests if I am already booked with custom requests.....There will be a custom design fee attached to the order total.. the custom fee will depend on the scope of the service. ..so please inquire....Thanks!
My hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am- 3:00pm...I do work some evening hours and the occasional weekend. Convos that I receive over the weekend, will be answered on Monday.
I will only send a proof on invitations or anything that is custom designed- meaning any items not already designed in my shop ( not standard sticker items or favor bags, recipe cards... in my shop)
When a custom order is placed... I will design up to 2 proofs if needed... Additional proofs are $3.00 each
Due to the fact that everything is handmade and custom made for each customer, there will be no returns (unless I have made a mistake...and I will correct it)....Be advised....once you approve a proof....and then realize there is a mistake...I cannot redo the order for you....that is why proofs are sent... so please take the time to review them... we are human and mistakes are made.. so just make sure your proofs are correct before you approve them. thank you!
