This sake bottle was fired in a wood kiln to cone 12. It has very nice dark reddish-orange to brown flashing or flame marks where ash did not hit directly. It was fired sideways as you can see by the wadding mark on its side. The interior was glazed with celadon glaze for water tightness. It makes nice pouring sound.

Food, dishwasher, and microwave safe.
