A turn of the century antique Edwardian hand made lace bodice or undergarment trim. Made with intricate patterns of spiraling circles, three leafed clover and flowers. Such amazingly delicate and beautiful handwork made with the palest pink threads. The satin trim shoulder straps are still attached. The decorative band work is made in one continuous piece and seamed in one place, and is bordered by a cotton mesh trim in pale pink.

This would be a wonderful piece for your sewing, home decor, fashion or jewelry DIY project. In lovely condition. The piece shows the faintest bit of yellowing from age on the back side-- easily laundered. To launder:
soak in luke warm water with a gentle laundry detergent, rinse well in cool water, avoid wringing or twisting fabric, gently squeeze to remove water and then roll in a towel to remove excess water. Lay flat to dry and carefully press with an iron while still damp. ( you can lay a thin piece of cloth over the lace to iron. Make sure your iron is clean and that you press at a moderate temp.

The trim measures 39" long, straps are 8" ( 16" all around)
