Custom and personalized orders

I love to make custom orders! But please be aware all custom or personalized orders are not returnable items. After the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

I do not normally accept returns due to my being a small business. Everything is handmade and made with good care, but if there is a problem I am happy to try and work it out. I try to respond to questions immediately. All sale items are final.

If your address is incorrect please notify me right away with the correct information. I try to ship all packages within 1 day of purchase or even the same day. If your package has already been shipped with the wrong address. You will need to purchase a new shipping label for another item to be mailed out to you. If the address was incorrect and your package does not come back, I do not issue refunds. But I am open to working with customers to reach a solution. I appreciate all my customers and try to provide great customer service.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it?

Missing packages are very frustrating. If your package says delivered on your tracking, but you cannot locate it. Always check front and back porches. Ask neighbors to see if they accidentally got your package. It’s happened before. Call or visit your local postal service or ask your mailman about it. In accordance with Etsy policies the seller is not liable for packages marked DELIVERED by the USPS. This is protection for sellers against fraudulent claims of undelivered mail in an attempt to get a refund.
