The stunning frame is hand finished out of North White Oak . We stain every frame with a natural oil that protects it from the elements.

Each fabric sling and pillow is custom made. The pillow inner is made out of 100% kapok.

White oak has tyloses that give the wood a closed cellular structure, making it both water and rot resistant. Because of this characteristic, white oak is used for wine barrels and whiskey production. It is also used in construction, shipbuilding, cooper- age and agricultural implements.
