Our jewelry is tested in-house for wear and consumption and under proper care, will not tarnish. The jewelry is gold-plated meaning the brass jewelry has been dipped in genuine metals like gold/silver - this plating will hold true unless they are not taken care of.

Plated jewelry can last years under proper care and is an affordable option opposed to real metals. The longevity of the product depends on the maintenance and care of them. Any lotions, perfumes, sweat or moisture will further the oxidation process and make it more prone to chips or tarnish so jewelry should be the last thing you put on before you go out and the first thing you take off when you come home.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations regardless of reason. Purchasing from us identifies that you acknowledge our shop policies and abide by them.

Buyer is always responsible for shipping costs including return and exchange costs. Meaning the buyer pays original shipping costs, return shipping costs and the shipping cost if there is any exchange courtesy.

FOR ANY REFUNDS - NO original shipping costs will be refunded, there is a $4-$6 restocking fee depending on the cost of your order. These are non negotiable.

At times, items may be on pre-order due to us not having the supplies currently to make your jewelry. A lot of the time, the items can ship sooner than the posted date but keep in mind there are currently shipping delays so it may take the full amount of time marked at checkout.

You are not eligible for a refund if you no longer want the items, no cancellations will be made for pre-order items. Etsy lets you know how long shipping will take and an estimate before, during, and after checkout - this is when you will receive your item.

If you bundle pre-order items with items currently in stock - all items will be shipped by the pre-order date unless you want to pay shipping twice if this is the case please make separate purchases.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 business day. We cannot guarantee replacement after this time frame. We are happy to replace items damaged in DOMESTIC orders however international orders will need to purchase shipping. You will be required to ship the damaged item back.

We package all of our items carefully in a well-protected bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery but accidents can happen during shipment.

Items with sterling silver posts are very fragile and can bend during shipment, this is NOT considered damaged and will not be replaced. Please carefully bend your earring post back into place and contact us if you need further assistance.

If you haven’t received your parcel in 7-10 business days after the item has shipped —

First, check your tracking number. Contact USPS customer support with the tracking number provided for your package. They will be able to help you, we cannot.

Etsy's seller protection policy states that buyers are not responsible for lost mail / no delivery with tracked shipping. If your order was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it please contact your local post office.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, please be aware there could be delays with any USPS shipping method this issue is not in our control. Domestic orders can take up to or over 30 days to arrive - International could take up to 2 months.

We are not responsible for lost mail, incorrect addresses, etc. once the package is in the hands of USPS it’s their liability. No refunds will be granted for lost mail.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, you will not be granted a refund. You will need to purchase shipping to your correct address and we will ship it out again.

If for any reason the customer refuses to purchase shipping, there will be a restocking fee for any items that were returned to us.

If you checked out with the wrong address, we are happy to fix it! Just send us a message with your correct address. If your item has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do.

The most common issue is either a charm falling off a necklace or a belly ring coming apart. Due to the nature of belly ring placement, it is easy to unknowingly catch on jeans, clothing, etc. so it's common for a jump ring to come apart.

While these are very easy fixes, we can offer to repair your item but shipping BOTH ways must be purchased by the customer. We are not responsible for products broken after use.

We can easily guide you through how to push the jump ring back into place as well!

Replacement fees will apply for any other damage after use if applicable. We are not responsible for items broken, tarnished, etc. after an item has been used or worn.

ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE NICKEL/LEAD-FREE AND HYPOALLERGENIC

GOLD PLATED - This process is when a metal such as brass or copper has been dipped in a thin coating of precious metals such as gold or silver. Our gold-plated products go through a high-quality, quick bonding electroplating process so the jewelry can last years under the proper care.

GOLD FILLED - This process is similar to gold plating however the amount of gold used is much thicker. These products still include a base metal (copper or brass) but have a much thicker coating of gold or silver. This process reduces tarnishing up to 15x more than gold plating, hence the higher price.

Please keep in mind jewelry is delicate and must be properly cared for to last a long time

STERLING SILVER - Sterling silver (925) is a blend of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals such as copper or brass. Please follow our care instructions so your jewelry does not tarnish. While it is perfect for sensitive skin and will last forever, SS is also fragile but stronger than real gold so earring posts made from sterling silver may bend easily (i.e in shipment) but can be easily put back in their place.

STAINLESS STEEL - Stainless steel is an incredibly durable, long-lasting material hence why it's used in many surgical instruments. Body jewelry is typically made from 316L Stainless steel. While durable, it is not indestructible and requires proper care to last. Please see individual listings for care instructions.
