Rustic collection of five amber bottles in different shapes and sizes ranging from very large to extra small, dating from the 1890s to the 1950s.

The largest measures 12" tall and is quite heavy, I believe it would have originally held molasses. When sugar was scarce during the war, molasses in bottles like this became a common fixure in Canadian households.

The smallest bottle still retains its' original label and is actually a clear glass bottle that has been stained a dark amber from the substance it once held - a Sherwin Williams stain. It measures only 3" tall.

The other three bottles are marked as follows: The Maltine Mfg. Co. Chemists New York, The J.R. Watkins Co., Javex 32oz Brightens . These bottles range in height from 7 1/2" to 10".

Rustic condition, no chips or cracks but bottles have milky interiors, residue, scrapes and scuffs. Fantastic for display on your harvest table or windowsill.

***Please note, these bottles ship within Canada and the US in only 4 - 5 business days!***
