What could be more awe inspiring than the the Grand Canyon in Arizona. This original pen and ink wash drawing, which captures just a small part of the massive canyon, I completed while visiting the South Rim in 1970. The drawing was done with pen and liquid ink with a water wash to achieve the different shades of gray. The close up area is dotted with black spots which represent foliage. The background shows striations and the effects of weathering and erosions in the rocks.

I recently re-matted and re-framed this 11x14 landscape. The drawing is protected under glass and is signed on the front. The double mat is white with gray trim and the frame is black. It is ready to hang with wire on the back.

The Grand Canyon pen and ink landscape would look great in any room of the house or would make a nice gift for an office or den.

This is one of four Southwest pen and ink wash landscapes I have for sale . Each is identically matted and framed so each could be hung separately or with any of the other three, which can be found in my shop.
