The first jewelry sketch will be presented to you in 48 hours, and we will talk about how you feel about it. Only after you are 100% satisfied with your design, production will start.

Most jewelry are made to order, so feel free to ask for any ring size. Resizing is always an option. To measure your ring size at home, take a ring you have, draw the INNER CIRCLE of it and measure the DIAMETER by a tenth of a millimeter - e.g 16.51 mm

Items that were purchased with a sale or coupon would be returned at the customer's expense.

**Return Policy**
We offer a 30-day return policy, so our customers can purchase with confidence, knowing they will have sufficient time to return goods if they are not completely satisfied. If any problem arises, please contact us and let us know about it and will find a solution.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund minus shipping, handling and restocking fees which are 30% of the total price of your order.

If you exchange an item because it is defective or damaged, all shipping and handling costs of the replacement item will be refunded.
