There are eight planets in the Solar System that all orbit the sun. Each of the planets are different: some have moons, some have rings, some are made of rock, and some are made of gas. You can easily describe your toddler all that details with our puzzle.  There are eight planets in the solar system. This wooden puzzle includes a wooden backdrop with the Orbits, and 9 individual pieces (Sun +8 planets). The wooden backdrop has the labels of the different planets.

My little one loves this puzzle! My husband and I purchased several items from this seller because they had a great deal (60% off at the time we purchased), great reviews, and a ton of great learning products. We are so pleased with our purchases. Our 2 year old has been interested in books about the solar system since he was under a year old. We bought this puzzle for his birthday and he loves it! He can name all of the planets by color and enjoys putting the puzzle together. Some of the planets are the same size in the puzzle, which can be confusing at first (until the child memorizes the order). Other than that, we love this!
