From the gorgeous Acapulco collection of dinnerware, here is the teapot ! Decorated with this very famous pattern from the early 70s, inspired by a mexican drawing, this teapot is a must-have for your kitchen decor.

It is in good condition : no chips nor cracks on the teapot itself, and the pattern is as bright as new. Sadly, the knob of the lid has been broken and fixed. See pictures for detail.
The backstamp at the bottom of the teapot reads : "Ancienne manufacture imperiale et royale fondee en 1767 - made in Luxembourg" ( Old imperial and royal factory created in 1767)
"Vitro-porcelaine"
"Acapulco"
"D'après un dessin original mexicain" (From a original mexican drawing)

The teapot is 8,6 inches from spout to handle and 7 inches high with the lid (22 x 18 cm).

A bit of history ?
Villeroy and Boch was founded in 1748 in France, before moving to Luxembourg and finally to Germany.
The brand is famous for its production of high-quality ceramics, and has produced famous sets of dinnerware with highly-seeked designs such as Acapulco or Izmir.
