Do these prints come framed?

Why is your name across all of the artwork?

This is just a watermark, there to protect my work. This is on the digital images only! It does not exist on the physical prints.

What is the delivery time?

Ten business days is the maximum wait time, depending on stock. However, I aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How have the items been packaged?

The prints are posted in flat cardboard boxes to minimise potential damage in transit, and to avoid having to be flattened on arrival. Furthermore, I intend to keep my packaging as green as possible. - The clear envelopes are made from vegetable starch, and are fully biodegradable and compostable. - The seed paper is compostable. - The tissue paper is recycled and recyclable. - The cardboard is recyclable.

What do I do with the seed paper?

This paper is embedded with wildflower and grass seeds. For best results, soak in water for a few hours, then plant flat in a pot, in the garden, or simply on the compost heap! Keep warm and moist.

What is the policy on returns, refunds and exchanges?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, or offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an initial issue with the package, such as a damaged item or an incomplete order, take a photo and get in touch, and I will do my best to accommodate you!

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, the order cannot be cancelled after that time, as I aim to package and post the items as quickly as possible.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Don’t worry! Painting takes time. If there is a particular animal you would love to see, feel free to message me and let me know! The chances are, I am already working on them and will release the work as soon as I can!
