A beautiful vintage Vera Neumann scarf from the 1950's. The rare, curved edges are the first I have ever seen on a Vera scarf! The monochromatic, optical art design makes it extra special for a Vera lover.

Vera's hands created this original painting with pen & ink and pure imagination. Scrolling black waves, curls and curves twist and turn over gold silk.

Hand-screened in Japan onto the finest silk fabric. Hand-rolled hems in contrasting black silk show the pride, quality and care that goes into a Vera scarf.

Measures 44" long by 15" wide. Perfect for wrapping your head, neck, wrist (for an unusual French-style bracelet) or even your purse straps (like all the Hollywood girls do).

No tag. Made in Japan with either pure silk or Vera's famous blend of silk and rayon. Handwash in mild soap and cold water. Hang dry, avoiding any overlap which can cause the dyes to bleed.

Very nice vintage condition... 6" of loose hem is a quick fix, if needed at all.
