Yes, if you return whole, unopened, unused packages within 14 days after receipt. We cannot accept partially used products or partial bags returned. For example, if you order a bag of 10 horseshoe charms (1 lot), you must return all 10 charms. We cannot accept less than a complete package.
SmartParts sends a tracking number with every shipment directly to your email that's listed on your Etsy invoice. Please check this link first. Then contact us if you still have a problem finding your package.
No, your package is in a sort center locally. Please follow the tracking assigned by DHL on your email. Very accurate. Most domestic packages take 4-5 business days for delivery. Please contact us if your package has not arrived in 10 business days and we will help remedy the situation.

Yes, you have a 1-2 hour window to change address (sometimes less). Must call us directly (817) 488-7171 asap. We have a tight deadline for mail pickup so all orders go out the same day. Be sure to update your Etsy account at the same time to avoid future problems. If you're too late, your package will be shipped as ordered (as we do not know if addresses are in error). You can either wait for it's return and pay to reship or reorder again with correct address and we'll refund on the other's return.
