This gorgeous Royal Typewriter is waiting for a new home. It is in lovely vintage shape...completely ready to type out your next love letter:) The Royal Quiet DeLuxe puts you right in touch with literary history -- it was one of Ernest Hemingway's favorite machines. The keys are easy to press and with minimal sticking (the coma...pauses once in awhile..which seems very appropriate:). There is some spots of rust, but this does not affect the usage. The carriage moves freely and the bell dings. I have cleaned this up to the best of my ability, but professional cleaning and oiling will be left to the consumer. It is a really cool piece for decorating. The black case is in used condition with wear. It opens and closes easily, but shows some wear. ~enjoy.

Amazon does carry a variety of universal ribbons. I messaged about this listing and was told that it fit this machine...I can't guarantee, but believe it to be a good starting point for someone finding a replacement as it is 100% customer satisfaction and fully returnable.
