This is a hand-stitched antique dress from 1800s, Paris, France. It used to belong the head seamstress in her clothing shop.

The dress has an attached vest inside that you can see in the last picture. It is in great vintage condition and looks very flattering on! It does have three small spots with white paint stains on it, on the front towards the hem. The biggest stain is a thin line of about 3 inches/ 7cm, the rest are barely visible from the fabric.

Armpit to armpit: 18" or 46cm
Bust: 18" or 46cm
Length: 51" or 130cm

Excellent quality of handiwork, and a very nice fit for small/medium/large. I'm a M/L and the dress fits me well (see the photos).

Our friend and Philadelphia clothing designer Susan Lunenfeld travelled in France in the 1950s and collected rare, antique dresses which she gave to us.

NOTE: SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US AND CANADA WILL COST AN ADDITIONAL $25
