*This miniature scene has working lights inside, it plugs into an electrical outlet.

This completely hand-built miniature scene is just under 22 inches high, around 10 inches wide and took me over four months to complete. I built this entire thing from scratch from the ground up. Nearly everything in it had to be handmade because nothing was the right scale for the project and everything had to have a rounded back because the tunnel is round. Nearly every single piece you see is hand-sculpted, including the fireplace with working "fire" inside! There are a total of three working lights inside the rabbit hole, all wired to a 12 volt plug in that can be changed out to your own country's plug system very easily because the wires have prongs on them that can be unscrewed from the plug in and adapted for you by buying another dollhouse lighting plug from your own country. The only tool it requires is a screwdriver and a child could do it-it's that easy :) As it is, this works for US electrical systems. If you are interested in buying this and you aren't from the US I can assist you in finding the right plug in for your home country if you contact me. Photos of the plug in can be found on my blog as well.

This scene depicts a girl falling down the rabbit hole as she chased the white rabbit to wonderland. All around her are household objects, even the table and table lamp are like the one she turns on as she's falling down the hole. And yes there is a whole box of "talking roses" in there too! On top of the hole is greenery as found in a forest and a cat is perched at the entrance of the hole watching the girl falling down. At the bottom of the hole is that very late for an important date rabbit, all hand-sculpted by me down to the finest detail. He's even wearing little spectacles. A glittering table holds a bottle labeled "drink me" beside a golden skeleton key. On the floor is the little box holding various shaped eat me cakes. And behind that is the talking door complete with the tiniest hand-sculpted face that looks amazingly accurate. It's hard to see here but it is on there and quite charming :) Too many other little things to imagine or type about, please view my blog for the complete building of this project and various pictures of the progress.

~~Shipping is higher than average because of the weight and size of the package which has been seen by the post office and they've quoted me prices based on the farthest locations on Earth from me both internationally and domestically. If the package costs less to your own specific location I will refund the difference as soon as I find out the correct postage to where you are. This is the cheapest shipping method available for both and does not cover breakage. That being said, I highly doubt this can be broken at all because it's extremely sturdy and strongly built. If anything should break at all it might be the cat on top. If this happens contact me with pictures of the broken cat and I will make you a new cat and ship it to you for free. A little glue will tack it down and all will be well again. I bubble wrapped this like none other and it should arrive in good shape no matter where you are. If you choose the cheapest shipping option I cannot be held responsible if something happens to the package. If you'd like a better shipping option contact me and I will get a quote for a safer method of delivery for you.
