At the time, I don't usually accept custom requests, but if you need small changes, such as size or color, please contact me first.

I've received a PSD or a .zip archive. What to do?

Due to size limitations on Etsy downloads, your files will sometimes be delivered via a zip file or a PDF file with a link to a Dropbox folder. This way you are receiving the highest quality prints! Please note when you download from Dropbox be sure to use the Dropbox download button to access the high-resolution file. Do not right-click to save as this will just save the low-resolution thumbnail. If you have any issues accessing or downloading, please contact me.

Custom and personalized orders

You can print your artwork anywhere that prints photos. Customers have printed at the following locations: Staples, Office Depot, Parabo Press, Costco, Snapfish, mPix, PosterJack, Walmart, Target, Photobox, Office Max, Sam’s Club, FedEx etc.

I recommend using heavyweight matte photo paper, heavy white premium cardstock, ultra-premium presentation paper, or fine art paper.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD
★ Once payment is confirmed, your files will be available to download.
★ You can also access your downloads later by going to Your Account > Purchases and reviews> look for the order and click "Download files".
★ If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
