Signed Shenandoah Community Workers Turned Beech wood Dough bowl. The Shenandoah Community was in Bird Haven, VA. during the 1930's From my understanding it was a community of women. The women would make Textiles and furniture to sell, and the money would fund the community. These bowl are scarce. Most of them are missing the original stamped signature on the bottom as it would wear off in time. This one has the wood burned stamp. The bowl has a great patina. Great out of round Shape. Measures approx. 4.5" tall X 14" Wide.
