Delayed Shipping
We are not responsible for items being delayed in transit. We do not offer refunds or guarantees on shipping delays. Delivery dates stated by Etsy are just estimates. We will work our hardest to get your items to you in a timely and fast matter. Once an item is in the hands of the shipping carrier the speed is out of our control. We understand how frustrating delays are and are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier. All items ship with in 24 hours of the label being printed.


Damaged Items
We will offer an exchange or refund for any damaged items. We must have photographic proof of damaged items. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer themselves. Example being placing a decal or sticker incorrectly, not following proper care instructions of drink ware or apparel.

All international orders for bookmarks or stickers do not ship with tracking. If you would like tracking options, and costs then please reach out to us prior to ordering. Average shipping costs with tracking range from $16-$26. All international orders can take up to 21-25 days to arrive. We have no control on speed or arrival.
