Each sign is handmade and will vary slightly. The rustic frames come with errant knots, staples and imperfections which we make no effort to hide, as it adds a little charm and uniqueness to each piece. The boards also come with their unique qualities and imperfections.

Returns & Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items within 3 days of delivery. We value each customer and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your items. Customer is responsible for return postage. A restocking fee may be charged in some cases. As of 4/4/2022 we will be charging a $15 surcharge for any order shipping to AK, HI or non-continental APO addresses. USPS has added surcharges to any package over 22", which includes the majority of our signs and/or boxes. This makes it to where we can no longer absorb the extra shipping charges for these areas.
