Description

$100 OFF THE ORIGINAL PRICE $499 You are looking at a very rare sterling silver collar by David Tune, It is Magnificent. I was told it was authentic and confirmed via mr. Tune's friend. It is missing a small dangling piece that was attached to the loop on the bottom of the collar. It can be made to match if one desires. I wore it a few times as it is. I got very many compliments. You could also have the jeweler remove the loop. it is a very simple fix. The inlay is perfect, so is all the stamping and the hallmarks. The inside has a David Tune stamped and a few scratches on the metal. Similar pieces have sold for over 900$

Please write us if you have any questions or reasonable offers.

It weighs 2.3 oz
The width is 1/2 inch

About the artist
David Tune is of Creek and Navajo descent. He was born in 1955 in Winslow, Arizona, and raised both in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Oklahoma. David became serious about his art when in 1976, he was commissioned to design jewelry for the March of Dimes Poster Child.

David had been creating his art to great acclaim until in 1987 he was forced to stop work and fight cancer. He was cured by his uncle, and returned in 1994 to creating beautiful pieces of jewelry...

David's work is unique and unmistakable. He works with both sterling silver and gold, and uses many stones in combination in his inlay pieces...He works primarily in sterling silver and gold and uses authentic multi-colored coral, turquoise, lapis, sugilite, mother of pearl and various other materials, which each symbolize the six directions in life, in combination with his dramatic stamp work. His colorful and innovative inlays are inspired by the aerial views of the earth that he sees when he's hot-air ballooning or skydiving. David says that every marking on his jewelry has spiritual meaning.
