These wheat packs can be frozen to help with headaches/migraines, muscle pain and tired eyes.
You can also pop them into the microwave to help sooth sinus discomfort, menstrual cramps and shoulder / neck / back pain.
The lavender scent has relaxing and calming effect on the mind, it will deepen your relaxation and it's an excellent sleeping aid.
The heating/cooling pads come with full instructions on the packaging.
About the product:
Our aromatherapy pillows are filled with mixture of two organic ingredients - red winter wheat and dried lavender buds, gently scented with organic, therapeutic grade Bulgarian lavender essential oil.
100% soft cotton exterior and flannel lining.
Spot clean only.
- Measurement - 3.5"x"8"
- Segmented in two for better filling distribution.
- Refresh the scent by adding 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil to on of the corners if desired.

I was sad to see an item from an "eco" shop arrive wrapped in single-use plastic. :( The scent is also over-powering upon first opening and gave me a headache.

I got this for my daughter for her birthday. It was sent to her, because she lives in another town. She sent me photos of some of the items in the box and they were amazing and super cute. I’m very happy with the items I received and their quality. In my mystery box I had a candle and matches, a sachet, a kitchen towel, and a plate & bowl cover. I am just starting to explore reusable and eco-friendly options and these have made me happy and excited about the possibilities. The color scheme is cute too!
