Buy 6 bars of my natural goat milk soap and get a free soap dish made by my husband out of local northern white cedar with natural beeswax finish! Flat rate shipping.

About the soap dishes: My husband made these all natural soap dishes out of white cedar because it stands up so well to water. This is upcycled wood left over from building the walls of our cabin. I rubbed them with two coats of homemade beeswax finish to keep soap bars from getting stuck to the raw wood, letting them cure in the warming oven of my wood burning cook stove after coats. The beeswax gives the wood a beautiful glow. Each is 3.5 inches square, just the right size to accommodate my bars of soap.

About the soap: Goat milk soap is so moisturizing and soothing to irritated skin. The milk in my soap comes from my own goats. I only use natural ingredients in my soap, no artificial fragrances or colorants, so you can feel good as good as I do about using them on yours and your family's skin. Many ingredients are organic. My soaps are real soap, made from scratch using the cold-process method of combining fats with lye, not the melt-and-pour type. Each bar is unique, hand cut, and hand wrapped. They last a good long time if you take care to let the bars dry out between uses--easy to do if you have a free soap dish! I use organic palm oil.

A note about my new system of labeling soap: I am a full time mother, wife, gardener, goat- chicken- and beekeeper, and active member of my church and community. I was getting seriously squeezed for time, to the point that I was considering giving up my soap business--which I really didn't want to do! My husband and my mom helped me brainstorm ways that I could streamline my soap making process without sacrificing the quality of the product or customer service. Getting rid of hand tied bows was at the top of everybody's list. I love the bows and still offer them as an extra option, but the truth is, they are purely aesthetic. I have switched to sticker labels and am loving the time that not tying hundreds of bows has freed up!
