Another exceptional spaghetti china figurine, this time of a black poodle, from the mid-century era.

Great sleek modernist lines, at attention and just on the verge of exploding into action. I can see her tail wagging!

She's got long metallic gold gilt eyelashes, eyes and collar. Spaghetti decorate her legs, head and tail. Fabulous texture. There is a partial gold foil label on the bottom, impossible to make out: "PAC", something "OR" and probably "Japan."

About 6-3/4" tall, no cracks, no repairs. And her spaghetti is 99.9 intact, which is rare. I only see a couple of tiny surface chips here and there, and some parts of the bottom were not glazed.

Tons of personality and attitude, a real winner.
