I messaged the seller a question before I made my order, and they responded back immediately. The items were exactly as described, and I am they are great. My only disappointment is how long it took the seller to ship the item after I placed my order. It wasn't an outrageous amount of time? but it was longer than you'd expect these days. While the seller was really quick to respond to my initial question, I was kind of surprised that was the only time I had heard from them. It would have been nice if they had sent a message letting me k kw that shipping would be delayed a few days before they drop it off with the carrier. Overall, not a bad experience, and I would buy from them again. However, there is definitely some room for improvement.

Thanks for leaving this review but shipped wasn't delayed. You ordered on 8/31 which happened to be Labor Day Weekend and I shipped out the earliest on 9/3. I'm also shipping from West Coast to Florida so it might have taken longer than expected. All the order / shipping notifications are automated so I did not further reach out.
This high quality cobra buckle arrived on time and is exactly as described. Priced very well and perfect for the Guardians of the Galaxy Star Lord belt I’m making. Highly recommend this seller.
