This richly colored majolica plate is of earthenware and made in the late Nineteenth century in either Germany or France. It is not marked. Factories that produced this pattern were Villeroy & Boch and Utzschneider, Sarreguemines and Choisy Le Roi of France.

It is 9 inches in diameter. It is free of any chips or cracks and has only minor wear in the glaze.
