I cannot accept descriptions of the character as this can cause delays. If you are choosing a dress, just type DRESS and then the number of the dress. Codes are to be entered in the personalisation box that is provided during the sale.

The characters are intended to be a fun representation of the recipient, rather than a exact match. Please remember that printed colours are different to those that you see on the screen and can sometimes appear slightly darker. Please take this into account when ordering.

Please make sure you have chosen the right age notebook. I do not check DOB to work out the age of the girl, the responsibility lies with you. My focus is on the design.

⏰Timescale
From the date I receive your order, I need 3 working days to complete it. This may take slightly longer during busy times. After 3 working days your item will be shipped and then the shipping times apply. If you need your notebook quickly, please message me and I will give you a realistic timescale for shipping. During normal times you need to allow 2-5 working days for the Uk and 20 working days for the US after dispatch (usually quicker for the latter). At Christmas, weather and volume of post can cause slight delays so please take this into account when ordering.
